I am in love with this wine because if you were to go through a checklist and tick off all of the components of a great wine, this would tick every box. It’s incredibly elegant and supple yet drenched in pure blackcurrant and cassis flavours wrapped in a velvet coat. Think of it as a top flight wine from Bordeaux – uncork, decant, let it breathe a little and devour it with a juicy steak (it’s my Saturday night treat of choice!)
