An elegant, dry and lightly oaked Chardonnay. A complex nose of creamy green and red apples, toast, peaches and a hint of mango. Ripe stone fruit characters combine with the subtle creamines of the oak, creating layers of flavour and complexity. It has the structure to support ageing too. An excellent match with roasted white meats.
