Adega de Redondo claim to be Portugal’s most impressive and dynamic winery, and that is not without substance. Representing more than 200 producers, they fly the flag for authentic, quality wines from the region of Alentejo. When tasting this wine for the first time, we said, “This is just really Portuguese, isn’t it?”
A blend of indigenous grape varieties such as Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Castelao. It’s a ery full and ripe yet super fresh red packed with loads of character – chocolate, blackcurrants and cherries, all un-hindered by oak. Beautifully supple, it pairs well with charactuerie, chicken and great with a BBQ.
