We honestly can’t recommend this wine enough. It’s South Africa’s answer to the likes of famous French Sauvignon Blancs from the Loire Valley. Big and textured with an abundance of rich stone fruit and plenty of refreshing minerality. It’s such an interesting glass of wine, so well balanced and as bracing as the wind through the vines at Waterkloof!
