From the South of France, this is a fresh summer white, with a difference, something a little unusual. A fifty/fifty blend of Piquepoul and Roussanne. The lightness and freshness of Piquepoul combined wonderfully with the complexity of Roussanne. It’s almost thirst quenching! Pairs well with a wide selection of seafood or any summer salad.
