Blanc de Blancs was the first style of wine ever produced at Nyetimber back in 1992 and signifed the start of their pioneering journey. This 2014 has an enticing golden colour, tiny bubbles and delicate aromas. Aromas of fresh citrus are balanced with floral notes, and leading on to a rich pastry and brioche characters. Toasty and complex – as classic Blanc de Blancs should be. With around five years on its lees, the savoury biscuit character makes it a highly versatile food matching wine but it’s especially delicious with seafood, particularly mussels.
