Year in, year out, this wine nails it. The nose has really good intensity with complex aromas of leather, ripe sweet fruit and herbs. It’s downright delicious on the palate – juicy, rich, smooth and elegant yet structured. You couldn’t possibly squeeze more fruit flavour in if you tried! The finish shows lots of spice, complexity and persistence. Best served with pasta dishes, roasted lamb and beef, stews and poultry.
