This is some new innovation from producer Juan Gil. It ticks all the boxes – vegan, organic, no added SO2 and they also use a special yeast so the histamine level is very low. Aside from all that, most importantly it tastes great. They have done fresh and juicy Monastrell really well. Bright cherry and floral aromas lead to a palate of ripe bramble and blueberry fruit. Try it, it’s delicious, particularly paired with pizza or vegetable lasagne.
