I could write just one word about this wine… phenomenal, but you probably want to know a bit more about it. Made in the Darling Hills, just 10 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, which means that cool breezes keep the temperature in the region down. A blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc, the refreshing, fruity grape most of us know so well and love, with 10% Semillon added to give a bit of richness and weight. Captivating citrus, stone fruits and sea-breeze aromas. Layers of gorgeous creamy lemon and green apple flavours, the creamy edge coming from a little oak ageing. A serious style of Sauvignon Blanc, one that will pair beautifully with white meats or fish in creamy sauces.
