This is fermented with wild yeast raised in large wooden casks for a gorgeous mocha flavour. Homage to the savoury yet elegant styles from France’s Rhone Valley. A full bodied style with lots of bramble aromas and cream, cassis and black cherry flavours. Well made with a long rich, ripe finish. Ideal with red meats.
