Lucien Thomas, owner and winemaker, produces this wine from 40-50 year old vines in a sunny location. The fruit was picked very early to retain freshness in the wine. Quite a restrained nose, but the palate explodes into a wonderful wine with a long mineral finish. One for scallops!
