No oak maturation here so pure natural Pinot Noir flavours plus the terroir. A classic Pinot Noir nose, red fruits with a wonderful earthy spicy herby character. The palate is bold cherry fruits, excellent minerality and spice on the finish. This is what the old school would call hints of farmyard!
