Apple blossom, pastry and hay aromas. The palate has concentrated and intense flavours with so many layers of complexity and vibrancy. Bright and weighty the finish has a lovely mouthwatering sensation that leaves you wanting more. Drinking really well now but I think this will also improve with age. Absolutly delicious!
