2020 was the first vintage produced by AJ Adam as members of the VDP, a select group of quality wine producers in Germany which they wer unaminously voted in as the 31st member of the Mosel VDP. All the fruit is sourced from their GG vineyard called “Hofberg”, a South facing and steep site; they consider this their version of Grand Cru status.

Delicate fresh fruit aromas followed by flavours of herbs, oranges and ripe fruit, it carries their distinct minerality and incredible balance between acidity and fruit concentration. This is a dry and elegant wine that has a beautiful rounded finish. These wines can age and though are good now, will keep for a few more years to come!
