Lili, the excitable chocolate Labrador, heads-up the blending team for this wine. Fruit always comes from vineyards in Alenquer, but the blend changes a bit each vintage. The wine is simply made, in stainless steel vats. Though there are vintage variations, this one in particular is delicious! Plenty of ripe, berry fruit character, a bit of chocolatey richness, tannic structure, cedar spice, and violets on the very long finish. Simply put….Dense, Dark, Polished!
