Liatiko is one of the queens of Cretan grape varieties. Here it produces a very easy drinking and approachable red with a lovely herby perfume of dark cherries and wild berries. Balanced and juicy with expressive fruit flavours. Serve with Mediterranean dishes like moussaka, pizza or tomato based pasta.
