This wine, from a renowned producer in the Rheingau region, was loved unanimously by the team when we first tasted it. Classic, dry and finely-balanced Riesling, steely with bright limey freshness, aromatic spice, ripe stone fruit and pear flavours. Great with seafood, pork, honey roasted ham or perhaps a fondue.
