Classic, sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Concentrated blossom, mineral and lemon peel aromas. The palate has structure and some weight which is seen is the creamy mid-palate, but its equally matched by the frsh crisp acidity and ripe rounded fruit. Delicate, pretty, phenomenal!
Best paired with asparagus or a goats cheese tart/salad.
