Made by a couple that used to be involved in pyrotechnics – but it’s often said that they make a bigger bang with their wines than they ever did with their fireworks! Rich berry flavoured with a lovely aroma of rose petals, which is where the name ‘Elysium’ comes in as they thought it smelt heavenly, and Elysium is the Greek word for heaven. Best with chocolate but also good with vanilla ice cream or blue cheese.
