This famous distillery from the island of Islay produces a dark amber coloured single malt that is full bodied and displays all the rich characteristics of the surroundings it comes from. Moss water that flows down over rocky falls and peaty moorland is used and then the resultant spirit is matured in oak casks which are exposed to the sea air. Robust and with a smoky character, this whisky evokes all the rich qualities of an Islay malt.
