Pronounced Oog-a-dal, this whisky takes it’s name from the brooding, mysterious loch which provides the peat-laden water for Ardbeg. This whisky is from a special vat of various different styles of Ardbeg and makes for a very high strength whisky bursting with traditional deep, smoky raisiny flavours. It is matured in old ex-sherry casks and is the very epitome of fine malt whisky from the Isle of Islay.
