Classic ‘cream of the cream’ sherry. This is the ultimate expression of very sweet sherry. Full bodied, rounded and very dark in colour. This is the perfect accompaniment to cakes, rich desserts and chocolate. It always reminds me of a rich fruit cake – raisins, sultanas and molasses – lovely!
