Classic ‘pale cream’ sherry. Although this has a pale colour and the lightness of fino sherry, the wine is blended with the Moscatel grape (which is very sweet) and this makes for a sweeter finish – a bit like a cream sherry but with the ‘dryness’ of a fino rather than the sweet unctuousness of a cream sherry.
