A full and oak-influenced Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough with plenty of character! On the nose is plenty of ripe and fresh fruit with peach and nectarines at the front, then nutty oak aromas come through. On the palate it is medium-bodied and dry with yellow stone fruit flavours and a luscious creamy mouthfeel from the barrel-ferment. Despite this, it boasts a ripe acidity and is very flavoursome and lively with a fresh finish.
